The instrument displays Sims uterine curettes, commonly used in gynecological procedures for endometrial tissue removal or sampling.
The instrument has a slightly curved, rigid shaft with a looped end, and an ergonomic handle for controlled manipulation.
Shown on the left is the full view of the Sims curette, measuring 255 mm (10 inches) in length and available in both blunt and sharp types.
On the right, six different loop sizes are presented (Fig. 1 to Fig. 6), with widths ranging from 7.5 mm to 15.0 mm, allowing surgeons to choose the most appropriate size for each specific clinical case.
